General terms and conditions
Order confirmation : After you have placed your order, you will be sent an email confirming the details.
Descriptions : Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and photographs on the Jocasi web site are accurate. However, due to the products being handmade and the natural organic dyeing process, some variations may occur.
Privacy : Any details that you give us will not be passed on to any third party. We will however keep your records on file for any future correspondence if appropriate.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/items to us, (Returns, Jocasi, The Viaduct, 1 & 2 Southside, St. James Lane, Muswell Hill, London, N10 3QX, please complete the returns/exchange form supplied) unused/unworn in their original packaging with labels attached within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (less postage) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Shipping
Delivery: Any order placed before 2 PM is normally dispatched within the same working day although please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
U.K deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail "NEXT DAY" Delivery (normally next day).
International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail "Air Sure" Delivery (normally 5 days Europe, 7 days Worldwide).
Where Royal Mail "Air Sure" cannot be used, Royal Mail "Signed For" will be used instead (normally 5 days Europe, 7 days Worldwide).

Payment will be taken in GB Pounds (£)
